Skis warranty
All Skis are covered by a 2-year warranty, which starts upon receipt of the product from the original purchase and covers damages caused by manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
– Cosmetic damage (scratches and chipping on the topsheet, fading graphics, etc.)
– Wear and tear from use
– Wear and damage caused by improper storage
– Damage caused by improper use
– Damage caused by stones, rocks, trees, stumps, etc.
– Damage caused by third parties
To ensure that your warranty remains valid, it’s essential to use the product as intended and to follow the recommended storage and care guidelines that you find in the GUIDES section.
Evolve warranty
Evolve is warranted for five years. The warranty covers all damages that may occur due to defective components. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or falls.
If a defective component needs replacement, we will provide a new part and instructions on how to make the replacement.
We encourage you to contact us if you plan to make any modifications to Evolve, as certain alterations may affect the warranty.
