Returns & refunds
You can decide to return your product within 14 days of delivery. It must be new and in its original packaging. If it is damaged or used (in the case of skis, if bindings have been mounted on them), it will not be possible to return the product.
The total amount, including standard shipping cost, is refunded within 14 days of the return notification and withheld until we receive the product back. You will bear the cost of the return shipment.
Make sure to pack the product correctly to avoid damage during shipping. Include the original packaging materials and any accessories that came with the product to ensure the return is accepted. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping the tracking number as proof of shipment. We do not assume any responsibility in case of loss of the package during the return transit.
